Did anyone think for a single second that the outcome would be different?

This way we don't even have to sit through 12+ years of appeals.

Nobody else will be charged. It has always been hogwash as many posters here have said many times.

Hopium springs eternal.

But I'll be pissed off for the remains of the day.

Too many wild cards with a Dem judge and a DC jury. I think this was a canary in the coal mine for Durham to see how deep the cracks in the jutice system run.

Either that, or it was all just more entertainment without boom or intended boom, like the staged Jizzlaine farce.

We will see, says the blind man.

Jury Forewoman: "There are bigger things that affect the nation than a possible lie to the FBI."

https://technofog.substack.com/p/michael-sussmann-has-been-acquitted

She basically admits the evidence was less important than the politics. The Swamp got it's jury nullification it wanted.

Also, one juror had her daughter in the same HS sports team as the Judge, and the Judge refused to remove her.
6   AmericanKulak   2022 May 31, 2:08pm

Three of the Jurors were Hillary Camp donors.

The Judge was an Obama Appointee.

He was declared, "Not Guilty".
8   Ceffer   2022 May 31, 5:55pm

The hopiumites think that the verdict was less important to Durham than getting all of the testimony on the court record for later planned events. Durham must have known he was walking into a predictable DC ambush.
10   Ceffer   2022 May 31, 6:01pm

More strategy hopium. Did Durham want to lose on purpose? They said he smiled at the verdict. That would be a Trumpian maneuver of using the corrupt judge and jury to pursue a different goal. Sussmann 'innocent' means FBI 'guilty'?
11   Ceffer   2022 May 31, 7:10pm

Um, yeah, I hopium so.:

How is it that if Sussman had been convicted that would demonstrate the FIB was acting in good faith?

It just demonstrated the judicial system is corrupt. It means there are no legal recourse for anything.

There is no fucking plan.
13   Ceffer   2022 May 31, 10:29pm

Looks like good ole Q called it a while ago. One might presume Durham expected the outcome.

That's important though, no hope makes you a serfy dope. You can't win if you don't play the game.

The Left won by constantly throwing shit at the wall and gaslighting. Eventually enough sticked.

Jesus talked in parables so that it could be construed that LEGEND said was prophetic and correct.

"Q" does the same fucking thing.

There's no functioning judicial system in this country. We have a completely corrupt partisan judicial system. Similar to 1941 in Mississippi, crimes are just ignored. Murder will be ignored. Every crime will be ignored when the establishment does the crime or a crime is done for the benefit of the establishment. A criminal syndicate has complete control of the nation.

No.

FALSE hope makes you a serfy dope. There's no judicial system, but as long as you believe there is, you won't do anything, you won't even speak out.

"Trust the plan" right up until your death, and your children's enslavement, and their children's enslavement.

Yes, on the grounds of keep throwing shit at the wall. Eventually, something will stick.

Until Matt Gaetz, Jim Jordon and some of the other Congressional heroes start calling for the creation of a new special council to investigate all of the corruption and the firing of all of the known bad actors, that acted in bad faith since Trump came in office(And there's hundreds of them at least).

I'm not gushing over them, I'm not going to consider them on our side trying to do dick all about anything.

Going on Fox talk shows(that's all it is) and bitching about matters he can actually do something about in their official capacity at their office. Then they are all just supporting actors for Tucker Carlson, and Sean Hannity to slow release the anger, and to normalize the corruption to the point nobody gives a fuck about any of it.

I'm sick of these ass clowns running to Tucker Carlson, like he's the fucking Sheriff of America or something. And even more repulsive and disgusting is the people watching actually thinking somehow Carlson or Hannity can do anything about it.
22   🎂 Tenpoundbass   2022 Jun 1, 7:32am

Just imagine if Greene, Gaetz, Jordon, Paul, Kennedy and others filibustered on every bill, and all they did was read the Establishment and the Swamp the Riot Act for three hours straight, until the next one did three hours more?
It would be so much on record, that could not be swept under the rug, eventually the MSM would be reporting it. Freeze and Lock congress down, make exposing all of the crimes the official main order of business.

https://spectatorworld.com/topic/stench-from-the-sussmann-verdict/

That media silence is an outrage all its own. Durham’s team presented evidence of a massive, well-coordinated, and illegal dirty trick, concocted by the Clinton campaign, fed into the FBI, and promulgated by a credulous, partisan media, eager to report that the FBI was “investigating the Trump-Russian connection.” Actually, there were at least two prongs to Hillary’s dirty tricks. The second was the Steele Dossier. As false as the Alfa-Bank story, it, too, was pitched to the FBI, Department of Justice, State Department and, of course, the friendly media. The goal was to smear Trump before the 2016 election and, after his unexpected victory, to prevent him from governing.

Despite Sussmann’s not-guilty verdict, his trial revealed the rank odor of Washington politics. It suffuses our courts, our law enforcement bureaucracy, and the mainstream media. It reeks of insider dealing and extreme partisan bias. That stench should alarm anyone concerned about America’s ability to govern itself democratically. That governance requires trust in our institutions, including confidence our courts can resolve legal issues with fairness and integrity. Who could look at the Sussmann Affair and retain that confidence?

More hopiumating:
25   Al_Sharpton_for_President   2022 Jun 1, 10:31am

There is a patnet poster who kept repeating the Alfa-Bank lie at the time.
26   Ceffer   2022 Jun 1, 10:35am

I think AF's obsession was Trump's Deutsche Bank notes (if they even existed). He was cheering Mueller in nailing Trump. Of course, Mueller was probably passed out with a bottle of gin every day, and the inserted propaganda executioner lackeys were playing the lie.
27   Al_Sharpton_for_President   2022 Jun 1, 10:44am

Yes, thanks, Ceffer, Deutsche Bank. Mueller was a convenient beard - a well-regarded senior official (in spite of missing major crimes - Wall Street fraud, and terrorism - 9/11) brought in to give a veneer of respectaibility to a potemkin investigation.

Maybe we're seeing the target? Perkins Fluff Boies had office space for the FBI? Wow!

Strange days and strange ways. Treating the corrupt DC courts and juries as truth conduits because they are so predictable.

30   Ceffer   2022 Jun 1, 12:20pm

So, it appears that Durhum exploited the certainty of a corrupt judge and jury in DC to establish that there was no deception by Sussmann of the FBI (subtext) because the FBI was already a knowing and participating complicit co-conspirator aforethought. Weird.

Guess Perkin FluffBoies got tired of hoofing it to the FBI building to order them around.

36   Ceffer   2022 Jun 1, 5:31pm

I guess it's coming to light that it was the FBI on trial, not Sussmann. Sussmann was just channeling the FBI crimes. Dependably crooked DC judge and jury exposed FBI stuff without letting DNC off the hook using Sussmann as a blame patsy with a guilty verdict. There's some deep slyness going on.
38   Ceffer   2022 Jun 1, 6:58pm

LOL! “The FBI SCIF guy in our office gave me one.”
39   AmericanKulak   2022 Jun 1, 10:31pm

Ah, what a great puff of Hopium. Such flavor.

In any case, looks like you can get SCIF access easy and bypass the process if you know the right people, and we learned that sensitive SCIF or SCIF lite facilities may have been installed at private Law Firms. I wonder if Ugly and Ugly Ohr gained access in this fashion.

Massive national security vulnerability if true. Any one of the hundreds that work in a few private law firms could gain access. To say nothing of civil rights.
