I guess you haven't been keeping up on my bio.

Many years ago, three of us formed a hedge fund, myself, a control engineer, and a young graduate from UoL/LSE (London School of Economics) & by securing capital from three senior investors/partners, we got started.

Since then, we've been able to run a successful hedge fund and succeeded in merging with a larger firm.

Now, I've semi-retired from my prior job & I'm a consultant to the old firm, attending conferences around the globe while promoting the firm's offerings.

I remember Johnny Carson saying:

"Pick 100 people in this room - 99 can handle failure - only one can handle success."

Demi Lovato isn't a failure, but she didn't know how to handle success, IMHO.

I don't even find the before photo attractive to be honest. You can see in the arms and thighs where this was going regardless of any drug use.

Women that aren't working out almost daily for a good hour will eventually get fat. Diet be damned. I know a few girls that could eat burgers and shit foot for 2 decades, were rail thin and when they hit early 30's they started ballooning up because they didn't work out. Genetic thinness always goes away. Always.

I'll say this though. Whether for business or music, the road can be tough. It's not for everybody. When my wife travels she tries to run every morning. Freaks me out because it can be an unfamiliar place and there are shit heads out there that will assault you.

But back to my original thought, when you're up until 2-3am, even if not partying, it's extremely difficult to stay healthy if you're in her business. To stay thin for her would probably need 2 hours a day of working out. Difficult if you're on a bus or airplane all the time. People do it, but for some it's not a sustainable lifestyle with their genetics.

Not excusing addiction, and not trying to be a dick, but until you personally experience it you won't have a clue. Something as simple as smoking cigarettes took me a decade to quit. You don't just snap a finger and it goes away. Money can't fix it either.

One thing I'd say you could change is who you hang out with. That was my solution and it worked. Not blaming them, it was me making the choice, but have neighbors we'd hang in the garage and drink and smoke. Chain smoking style. It was fun, but had kids and my oldest was picking up on it at about 4-5 years old. That was the trigger for me and I literally stopped hanging out with them for 3 years.

We're still friends and starting to hang out again. My cravings are 100% gone. Time away from the vice is key. It's hard to get there though if the people around you are doing what you thought you enjoyed. It's okay to be direct and say you cannot be around someone because their behavior. If they're true friends they'll respect that. If they don't respect that then the answer is staring you in the face and you might need new friends. My guess is bad friends and an addictive personality. You have to adjust yourself and realize you might have bad people around you if they don't show concern. Like I said, for me it was my kid and then I backed it out and looked at it from his prospective.

Kids are the best truth tellers when it comes to what they see in adults. They will lie about their own shenanigans though. Little shits.

They don't have to work out each day, just house work and dealing with the kids will keep you fit. Our parents and grandparents generations never hit the gyms and had no problems staying in shape, bottom and tits or not. My nose is my biggest beef with my body though I really don't care to do anything about it and never will. well what is considered today a big ass is obese in reality. You usually get tits with ass. Her ass is perfectly fine in the first picture, not so much in the 2nd. Lot of additional hip fat, no curve anymore.

Eh, will disagree. Those leggings are compressing her fat by 1/2" on each side. She's bigger than the before photo makes her look. That's why they make higher leggings like that above the belly button. Pull those down and some stuff is gonna come out of them.

There's a reason "yoga" pants are so popular. Slims your shape and figure but also makes your ass look better. Pull them off and I can promise you the before photo you'll be like "all that was in there?"

Women also have the advantage of tits to make them look thinner in the middle even though they may not be. Put an A cup on her and she'd look like a tank even at a healthy weight. It's why women have so many body issues.

The ass is perfectly proportional to her tits, fat only in the right places, I would give the first pic a 7-8, an 8 if it weren't for the accentuated thick eyebrows which has been a trend now for years.
