Republican Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) has turned up the heat on Democrat President Joe Biden by accusing the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI of burying negative stories on Hunter Biden.
Sen. Grassley revealed he has statements from “highly credible whistleblowers” who have testified that the federal agencies are burying “verified and verifiable” dirt on Hunter Biden.
Grassley wrote in a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland to demand answers on why U.S. tax dollars are being used to keep damaging stories on Joe Biden’s son hidden from the public.
“The aforementioned allegations put a finer point on concerns that I have raised for many years about political considerations infecting the decision-making process at the Justice Department and FBI,” Grassley writes.
“If these allegations are true and accurate, the Justice Department and FBI are – and have been – institutionally corrupted to their very core to the point in which the United States Congress and the American people will have no confidence in the equal application of the law.
Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said allegations from FBI whistleblowers show there is a “political infection” within the bureau following the agency’s unprecedented raid on former President Donald Trump’s Florida home.
In a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray, Grassley demanded information about alleged bias among high-ranking officials.
“Starting on May 31, 2022, I’ve written three letters to you regarding political bias that has infected the FBI’s Washington Field Office,” Grassley wrote in the letter this week.
“Two of those letters provided specific and credible allegations based on numerous whistleblowers that have approached my office with information that one can only conclude is indicative of a deeply rooted political infection that has spread to investigative activity into former President Trump and Hunter Biden,” he added, referring to President Joe Biden’s son.
The letter said that the FBI approved an investigation into Trump’s campaign but simultaneously “shut down investigative activity and sources, which included verified and verifiable information, relating to Hunter Biden,” as reported by Fox News.
Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley demanded the FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) give Congress an unredacted brief tracing the steps agencies have taken to probe Hunter Biden’s potentially criminal business ventures.
In a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss, Grassley outlined the evidence against the Biden family leveraging White House connections for personal profit from overseas adversaries.
“Since May 31, 2022, I’ve written three letters to the Justice Department and FBI based on protected whistleblower disclosures that indicate a pattern and practice of political decisions being made at the FBI’s Washington Field Office (WFO) and FBI Headquarters,” Grassley wrote. “In response, my office has received a significant number of protected communications from highly credible whistleblowers which have increased since my initial outreach to your offices.”
In July, Grassley’s office published a whistleblower report revealing double standards within the FBI and DOJ related to investigations into Biden’s conduct compared to that of former President Donald Trump. Washington Field Office Assistant Special Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault and Director of Election Crimes Branch Richard Pilger, whistleblowers alleged, coordinated to amplify defamatory information against Trump while giving cover to Hunter Biden, dismissing intelligence about the current president’s family as disinformation.
“Multiple FBI whistleblowers, including those in senior positions,” Grassley’s office explained, “are raising the alarm about tampering by senior FBI and Justice Department officials in politically sensitive investigations ranging from election and campaign finance probes across multiple election cycles.”
Three months later, Grassley is demanding an end to the agencies’ “continued silence” and calling on them to give Congress and the American people an update on federal investigations into misconduct that jeopardizes national security.
“Notably, the Justice Department and FBI have not disputed the accuracy of the allegations that I have made public since May 31, 2022,” Grassley wrote in a letter Thursday. “Simply put, enough is enough — the Justice Department and FBI must come clean to Congress and the American people with respect to the steps they have taken, or failed to take, relating to the Hunter Biden investigation.”
In August, another whistleblower report emerged from Wisconsin Republican Sen. Ron Johnson’s office alleging FBI agents actively sought to dismiss incriminating evidence against the Biden family amid the 2020 election.
Multiple whistleblowers, according to Johnson’s office, “intentionally undermined efforts to investigate Hunter Biden.”
Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) on Monday announced on the Senate floor that the Burisma executive who allegedly paid President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden kept 17 audio recordings of his conversations of them as an “insurance policy.”
Grassley said an FBI document, known as an FD-1023, that was shown to the House Oversight Committee last Thursday — but that he has also seen — has a redacted reference to the executive possessing 15 audio recordings of phone calls between himself and Hunter Biden and two audio recordings of phone calls between himself and then-Vice President Joe Biden. ...
Grassley said getting the “full and complete” 1023 was “critical for the American people to know and understand the true nature of the document and to hold the Justice Department and the FBI accountable.”
“It’s also important [for] constitutional congressional oversight powers against an out of control executive branch, obviously drunk with political infection,” he added.
Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) on Monday announced on the Senate floor that the Burisma executive who allegedly paid President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden kept 17 audio recordings of his conversations of them as an “insurance policy.”
On Thursday, Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA), 89, released a nearly completely unredacted version of the FBI’s previously ultra-top-secret FD-1023 witness form, which described how Burisma founder and Ukrainian oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky paid $5,000,000 each to then-Vice President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, as a bribe to get Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin fired.
Look at all the evidence that the FBI has long held in its redaction-inkstained hands:
— Biden spectacularly arranged for Shokin to be immediately fired, without the prosecutor ever being accused of any wrongdoing, and using a U.S. aid package as leverage, which together is evidence of an official government act that appears to support no other legitimate U.S. interest.
— At the time, prosecutor Shokin had just issued an order to seize all of Burisma founder and bribemaster Zlochevsky’s property in Kiev, so there’s a clear motive.
— The FD-1023 confidential source form revealed evidence that the FBI has covered up for years, which describes in very specific and confirmable detail a substantial bribe connected with an official act by Biden.
— There is also plenty of after-the-fact evidence that money flowed to Hunter Biden consistent with the alleged deal, such as when Hunter was put on Burisma’s “board” with a million-dollar salary, for not doing any work. It appears the “board” was made up of Zlochevsky and Hunter. That’s it.
— According to the FBI’s source, Zlochevsky once remarked that Hunter was dumber than his dog. So crack-addled Hunter clearly wasn’t on the two-man “board” because of his brains.
— Hunter insisted that his dad, Joe, get free mint chip ice cream for life whenever he was in Kiev on a hair-sniffing expedition. (Okay, I made that one up.)
The rest of the list is as serious a catalogue of damning evidence as it ever gets, and we haven’t even seen all of the evidence yet. More is expected to be released in hearings this week. But in spite of how bad things are looking, corporate media has been completely silent about this story. Not one single word about the unredacted 1023 form graced the websites of the Wall Street Journal, Reuters, the Associated Press, the New York Times, or the Washington Post.
It’s almost like the Biden Administration has complete control over corporate media or something. ...
Compare and contrast the way the FBI buried-and-forgot the Biden Bribery evidence against the way it promptly convened a massive, all-hands-on-deck investigation into the ridiculous allegations against President Trump in Hilary Clinton’s obviously-fabricated Steele dossier, an investigation bursting with agents and completed with official wiretapping, honeypotting, embedding, and scads of FISA searches.
Now rationally explain to me why the two situations were treated so differently. I bet even Zlochevsky’s dog could see there’s no difference at all. Actually, the Biden Bribery case seems to be more like Schroedinger’s Cat than Zlochevsky’s dog, because corporate media seems to think it only exists if someone becomes aware of it.

Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) has taken credit for the indictment of an FBI information who had linked Democrat President Joe Biden to his family’s bribery scheme.
Former FBI informant Alexander Smirnov’s bombshell whistleblower information played a massive role in the investigation into the Biden bribery scheme.
However, he was recently indicted by Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) for allegedly lying about it.
Smirnov was indicted in February for allegedly lying to his FBI handler about a bribery scheme involving Hunter Biden and his father, President Biden.
FBI officials asked a longtime employee if he opposed COVID-19 vaccination, supported former President Donald Trump or had ever attended a pro-Second Amendment rally, according to memos obtained by Just the News and published Monday.
Describing the incident as “The New McCarthyism” and a “shocking litmus test,” Just the News reported the memos “prompted a complaint to the Justice Department’s [DOJ] internal watchdog alleging political bias inside the bureau.”
The questions were asked during a spring 2022 security clearance — several months after the U.S. Supreme Court struck down the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for private employers and another federal court issued an injunction on the government’s vaccine mandate for federal employees.
