The reason for his "fund raiser" game seems a little open ended. What specific media does he need my money to sue? Any case with merit would already have attracted numerous contingency fee legal outfits

If someone made a game where you could do that, I'm sure the left would quickly bully all involved game merchants & payment processors into banning the game. But...if you just make the game moddable, and have someone release a free NPC mod that can be downloaded and easily installed, it would be much harder to block it, and also to argue that it needs to be blocked.
