Homophobic Telescope Reveals First Hi-Res Images of Deep Space
NASA has shared the James Webb Space Telescope’s (JWST) first high-resolution images of deep space, including some galaxies pictured 13 billion years ago—not long after the Big Bang. But despite this remarkable achievement for science, the JWST continues to stand as a bitter reminder of our country’s willingness to tolerate and even memorialize queerphobia.
Just goes to show - a little anti-homosexuality goes a long way . . .
Let's call it what it is - I'm not afraid of homos. I don't approve of them, so I'm an anti-homosexual, not homophobic. I mean, really, what is the girly man going to do to me?
Good Lord. The telescope was named after James Webb because James Webb was a big contributor to astronomy, not because he hated gays. This is the opposite of Pete Buttigieg, who is totally unqualified and appointed to his job only because he is gay.
How ridiculous can you be by trying to hate/cancel/erase someone for behaving in a manor that was common and accepted at the time? Shall we erase all names from our history because they failed to anticipate appropriate behavior of the future? Eventually, acceptable behavior on some topics will change back and forth multiple times, and will become contradictory in many cases if you go far enough into the future, making it impossible to behave in a manor that is acceptable to the future.
That was the second wave of Polynesians; the first wave was executed/enslaved by the first wave, there are mass graves still found where the invaders executed the original Hawaiians.
I don't approve of them, so I'm an anti-homosexual, not homophobic.
Agreed. Not afraid of them, I just don't like how they have turned a life-shortening vice into a specially protected "identity".
And I really don't like it that they are aggressively promoting this acquired and deadly vice to children via scools, Disney, and brightly colored flags.
