7. Russia withdraws, and pays war reparations out of foreign reserves.
Include Russia must accept ethnic Russians being removed from Ukraine, Transnistria, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and hopefully the Russian part of East Prussia which should be given to Poland.

Whatever it takes to keep the world multi polar. I do not want a one world government.

I am much more concerned with what is going on in America.
In this connected world it will be very difficult to be concerned about only your country.

Name another country other than the United States, which is constantly engaging in wars to enact regime change?
It actually ISN'T that hard to do to just be concerned with only your nation. MOST nations are CHIEFLY concerned with their own nation. The exception is the United States and Europe, which I think is controlled by the United States. India doesn't really do anything, Russia doesn't do much - although they do a little, China really doesn't do anything.
I am going to disagree with your statement. Regime change is not the only way to engage with other countries. Italy's PM was right when she said France is the reason there are so many refugees coming to Europe because their resources are being looted by france.
China does regime change in Nepal, Sri-lanka, Maldives, south korea to some extent that I know of.

We have to get out of the mentality that it's 1947 and Europe can't fend for itself.
Do people really think the us should just totally stop playing cop?

We have a lot of problems, but so what. Humanity is extremely violent.
Pukin should stay the tsar and continue ruining the CCCP with his stupidity.
Since this has been debated ad nauseam and most arguments been heard, how would you like to see the Russian - Ukrainian conflict resolved:
Leave Russia and Ukraine alone; let them figure it out amongst themselves. Stop playing cop, the cop game is up.
1) Defeat of Russia, regime change, some sort of plan to keep them weak (and the nuclear arsenal secured). No matter how log, how much money and how many lives.
2) Negotiations ending in Russia giving back 100% of the territory, no regime change.
3) Negotiations ending in Russia giving back 100% of the territory, Ukraine must stay neutral.
4) Negotiations ending in 2 neutral and independently governed regions (Donbass, Crimea, possibly backed by referendum carried out by international observers), rest of Ukraine free to do whatever they want, incl. NATO.
5) Like 4 but Russia will annex and officially own and govern the 2 regions which have been in conflict for many years.
6) Don't care, as long as we stop sending $$ to Ukraine and let Europe deal with it.
7) Other resolution not mentioned so far:
