How politicized is the federal and state courts ?

If you recall John Edwards or Johnnie - boy Edwards who was a Senator. He used campaign money for hush money. This golden child white liberal gets tried in a federal court with a black or Democrat jury (Greensboro, NC) and is unsurprisingly and easily acquitted even though the evidence was clear against him.

Look at those who Special Prosecutor Durham indicted and how they got acquitted by Democrat juries as well.

Now the same DOJ is over run with Democrat operatives, it seems like they know they can easily get convictions against their political targets like January 6 knucklehead protesters, such as almost or just short of a death penalty sentence for trespassing on the Capitol.

I say this because every Federal Court is in a Democrat shithole metro area. The jury most likely is going to be Democrat or Woke (i.e., white liberal, militant black, family member of federal-administrative-state career bureaucrat, etc).

It seems almost like "reverse discrimination" as if the DOJ is using the same tactics as 1960's Mississippi with murder trials of African Americans by white citizens and a white jury.

If I was a political target by the Birdbrain Biden regime, I'd rather have ChatGPT or AI as my jury than possibly getting a Democrat or Woke jury.

Well, as usual usual, we see that Durham was just another DOJ dead letter dead end slow walk hopium misdirection, claiming secrecy to cover up the cover up. The two cases brought were purposely venued to fail.

The foreign occupied foreign city state of Washington DC is just that, foreign. It is administered and ruled by Vatican derived Roman Law, which is a notorious law of active corruption. The sell out USA Corp. from 1871 designated the rest of the citizens of the Republic outside of DC as Crown chattels, or 'dead' sea merchandise under British Maritime Law.

Anything 'federal' is a violation of Republic citizen sovereignty, and the workings of the law from the Feds is not designed to operate in our favor. We are not even considered to be 'living' unless we are represented by a member of the 'bar'. It starts with lawfare.

AS we have seen so abundantly illustrated in the past couple of years, the corruptocrats regard our Constitution as a disposable joke.

Yeah I wonder how much it is because of Democrat juries in regards to Durham's cases, or if he was just a charade or empty suit to get people to believe that the system is based on fair justice and not a "Just Us System".

But the federal government is not conservative in any way, no even neo-conservative as some claim. Its left wing authoritarian. It is a bunch of neo-Marxist statists. There is nothing conservative about it.

And it thrives as the "administrative state" when you mention lawfare or legal warfare. That is why even when the federal government loses, it buries its skeletons by making the victim sign a non disclosure agreement (NDA).

Just Google search "Coast Guard administrative court and Baltimore Sun" to learn about corruption with "administrative state or courts".

The NDA ensures there is no paper trail or enough documented history so as to show a pattern or trend which clearly establish the the "administrative state" is guilty of RICO (i.e., racketeering and organized crime).

Clif High says that it takes an average of 18 months for an unconstitutional law of import to be struck down in the courts. The recent attempt to silence California doctors over Covid or 'medical disinformation' at cost of their license to practice was squelched out the gate by the courts.

If you want to know why the demons keep passing blatantly unconstitutional laws, they have that median 1.8 years to wreak havoc with it. That sometimes means less than 1.8 years, sometimes more than 1.8 years. They can 'enforce' the unconstitutional laws up to that point, and it is a matter of lawfare and egregious expense to get it overturned.

It also means they have no ethical regard as gate keepers to keep unconstitutional laws off the books to begin with.

There is this sociopath mindset in government that "it is better to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission".

Sovereign immunity gives them a free pass to abuse power. So they figure they can grind someone down illegally (or "slow death by 1000 cuts") while it get contested such as in the courts.

Just look at what they are doing to the January 6 protesters.

Its not as if a Democrat or Soros prosecutor is going to lose sleep or their pension or savings because they abuse power.

The same goes for a corrupt FBI agent or a corrupt bureaucrat regulator in a federal agency.

Just look at Richard Jewell. Yeah he sued and won against the newspaper, but notice the FBI agents who railroaded him got their obligatory promotions and pension ?
