Completely banned now as of this year due to Potatus Proclamation. I bought some of the last incandescences for fun but have them stashed away for special occasions. From Lowes though.

It's pretty comical actually: an average person is usually unnerved with old-style halogen headlights and feel much better after so-called fog lights are switched along with them, because they light up that scary void right in front of the bumper which is there when old style halogen headlights are set up properly. =))
I have couple of cars with oft-maligned H4 headlights and this is what happens when somebody accustomed to these newfangled LED lights gets to drive them: "OMG, the light is so horrible, I can't see anything. -- Switch on the fogs. -- Yay, so much better! -- But these are foglights, they don't light up anything you need to see at normal driving speeds. -- I don't care, it's just BETTER".
