Why is that the tuition and medical costs keep going up far more than other costs?
a) Doctors and teachers protecting thier jobs from globalization/cheap labor while other services have been exposed to cheap labor thus making medicine/education expensive relative to other services.
b) Govt intervention in to these sectors.
c) inherent costs which don't scale with populations
