And the price lowers now after falling out of escrow :) Appraisal saved a sucker from over paying maybe.
$539,500
1. Buy it for $432,500.
2. Paint it.
3. Stage it.
4. Attempt to sell for $579,500.
This I have to see LOL.
The flipper is probably not aware that a few of the neighbor's homes are tagged by the city indicating that it is no longer safe to live there. Their land is eroding away.
