"I am going to consult the talking Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa "
Jack! Please! Keep the details to yourself! (had to comment on that)
"But that is the sad part about obsessive compulsive behavior, the repetition. "
Just don't wear out your talking stick, is all I'm saying. You might need it to, um, foretell the future or something.
Did your kids OD on candy SQT?
They did pretty good (or I should say we took the candy away before they became comatose). I on the other hand am completely hopped up on Twix.
Damn that cookie crunch and that carmel goodness! I'm an addict I tell you, an addict!
Snickers for me… I am gnashing my teeth I am so wired.
Lol
I am trying not to picture this.
Moi?
Who trotted those out into the sunlight in the first place? Hmmmm?
I certainly never came up with fondling member. (though that is quite clever) And lest we forget, man lawn.
Man lawn was really an homage to your Mangina joke, but you would never give me credit for that, because you would rather besmirrch my stellar reputation here on the blog Ms Secretary
Oooooooooh, now I get it.
Stellar reputation? Do you think HARM will respect us in the morning?
Urk is the noise I make when I can't think of anything to say.
Btw, I can only take credit for repeating mangina. I got it from a really sophmoric movie I hate to admit cracks me up.
Harm has a lot of reading to do. Once he pays his bills, and “mows†through several thousand posts it will be December!
Do you think he'll respect us in December? I'm having some doubts.
And see how I didn't respond to your deliberate baiting? Uh huh, that's restraint.
Yes, I remember now, the movie reference… Did you see Napolean Dynamite by any chance?
Gaawd! I NEED my chapstick! Vote for Pedro!
Actually I only saw part of it, but it was funny!
Stop trying to bait me! I am a master of restraint. My will is steel!
Ok, actually I'm crashing from my sugar high and my brain is jello right now. I can't work like this.
My wife totally loves that movie too. Even I love that movie. Did you see his little dance at the end of the movie?
I did! It was great. We have the movie, my husband thought it was hilarious and bought it. I just have to sit down and finish it. I keep threatening to buy him a unicorn T-shirt.
Do you think HARM will think we have dis respected the blog?
I hope not. I hope he'll understand blog burnout. But since he's just come back all refreshed and ready to talk housing, I'm guessing he's not on the same wavelength right now.
I have twix! mmmmmmmmmmm
Must resist.....need sleep......
Just go back and look at what Jamie wrote in some of those posts before you got here tonight….
“BEYOND BAIT†is a nice way to put it.
Jamie is a writer, and therefore a superior blog being. Hmmm, is it any wonder she refers to the Borg so much...
Jack, I hate to do it to you, but I am literally nodding off as I write. Catch up with you tomorrow?
I think think the Tracy she is referring to is a town just outside Stockton, but I'm not sure, I need to re-read her posts.

Stockholm is a nice place.
I had an uncle who was a gifted drummer who also happened to be partial to the bongo drums. He and Matthew McConaughey could have partied since my uncle was also fond of the bong.
Just an incidental aside since bongo drums were mentioned....
Anyway, gotta scoot. Just wanted to check in and make sure 2000 didn't happen without me.
Jack, i don't think you're at any great risk of missing SPHUH 2000. Haven't you noticed yet that all major posting flurries occur in your presence? Hmm? Could there be a link?
I also made a serious contribution to the new thread. Well, really it was just a "me too" post, clearly a lazy attempt to maintain appearances, and really what's the point when I've got all this SPHUH everywhere...under the carpet, on my clothes, in my hair. HOW did it get in my hair?!
"I think Jamie claimed there is no action without you"
Three girls do not a proper menage make.
sphuhlinking.
So instead of cave diving it would be...........Oh I don't want to know.
I don't know of anyway to embed a thread that isn't in chronological order. Patrick could probably do it, but do we really want to go to him an say "Can we um, you know, write a thread that has nothing to do with housing and um, put it where no one else will notice it? Why? Because we like goofing around on your blog. Sound reasonable to you?"
Hows the twix hangover SQT?
I woke up today and decided to use the "hair of the dog" strategy to recover. But I find that Kit Kat's are the poison of choice today.
Re: Patrick
I keep hoping he isn't lurking on the "huh" thread too much. Talk about not respecting us tomorrow.
Does it take forever for your page to refresh when you post on Huh?
Yup. I play Mah Jongg while I wait for it to refresh.
Just as well we start formulating some kind of plan for the future…Or are you really feeling uneasy about all this silliness? I hope its not really seriously worrisome for you…
I find the silliness refreshing right now. I can understand why so many people accuse us of doom and gloom. Some days I can hardly stand the dire Great Depression part II predictions people throw out. Personally I think the fed will move Heaven and Earth to prevent that from happening. I guess you could call me a moderate bear.
The silliness is a good way to decompress and I like the people I have met here. I wouldn't keep coming back just to talk about housing. But I am motivated to come back to talk to the regulars on the "huh" thread.
I dont even want to ask what Mah Jongg is…. LOL
It's a chinese (I think) tile game that you can play on the computer. I'm addicted.
By the way, I dont even KNOW what I mean half the time when I make wisecracks.
No wonder the proverbial line gets crossed sometimes. I wonder what Jamie's excuse is?
Are you looking for a new thread that is not housing related? I can post one but I am not sure what you're looking for.
One of us might need to bite the bullet and create our own blog page (mabe on Surfer-X's site) the only problem is that I think you have to register to post. I'll have to look around and see if there are any other create-your-own blog sites that don't require registration.
But I don't know if it's worth the bother. It might just be easier to do another pointless thread. But you know, we could all agree to switch to the "new thread" since I don't think it has too many posts. It's more or less dead and I doubt others would be inclined to jump in since it isn't the newest thread.
