That is unimproved property on the side of a hill. The property I listed is all usable and seriously one of the nicest parcels of land I have ever seen.
Not that I am saying it will sell or is worth 6 million, but it really is a one of a kind property.
Just drooling. And it's kinda sad they decided to sell now of all times...
Just a little real estate porn. Not the best time to put it on the market, curious if it will sell? I have lusted after this place for many years, truly a hidden gem minutes from BART, with direct access into a huge regional park, and ultra private.
Not sure I could ever part with this no matter the price
