Ok i read the article.

Its YET ANOTHER deadbeat loan owner complaining they wont give him hundreds of thousands of dollars FREE in a mortgage mod.

WHEN did the average american think they are entitled to a loan mod if the value of the house goes down?!?! WTF. I blame Obama for this. Wait no bush - he passed HAMP right? I cant even keep all teh bailouts strait anymore - so so many.

How about some articles about RENTER horror stories? Such as: man loses job and is kicked out 30 days after first missed rent payment.(pretty common! We know renters are sub human right?)

I thought similarly. The title of the article mislead me a bit, but I figured I'd post it. These particular stories seemed more like responsibility horror, but the way mortgages were played as investments hurt even responsible home owners.

That's why it's no fun. Everybody knows renters are the dregs of society and kicks them around plenty.

This 'ownership society' as it was touted is a complete disaster for almost everyone involved!

(except for those who sold thier debt traps at peak fraud in 2006 for massive once in a lifetime never to be repeated tax free gain. Those people are lucky! Oh and all the banksters playing all in with taypayer money, that must be nice)
