Where is this lead? What price range? What type of leads? (NOD, FSBO,...??)

Asking price will be at about $360k.
Owner tells me she is "getting the place ready to sell"
she does not have it listed with an agent yet.

Not sure how soon she actually plans on selling, so I held of on posting more details until I had more info.

Last thing I want to do is have my first lead be bogus.
