When I went in to this open house today, there didn't seem to have been anyone else in there (perhaps due to the rain forecast). Somehow I think this one will come back on the market as a rental. Anyways, one to the home itself. This home shares an entrance with another home. You go up a flight of stairs and find the door to this property on the left. The flooring was laminate and tile. It had a small room (no closet if I remember right) on the entry level along with a small bathroom and kitchen. Another flight of stairs take you up to the second level within the home which has two spacious master rooms with new carpet. One of the rooms has a separate tub and a shower stall and a large walk-in closet. The other has a shower/tub combo. None of hte windows in the home looked like they were dual pane. Close to 87 and the Capitol Expressway Park and ride system. Complex itself doesn't have a lot of parking space for visitors. This home has a two car tandem garage. The home needs some plumbing work (clogged disposal) and seems to have some older stainless steel appliances (not sure). Kitchen tile floor needed replacement and the home could've used some paint. Not sure about schools in this area.

In all, seemed overpriced for an REO at 416K. But hey, what do I know?
