Apparently had an open house today with the listing claiming a "Motivated Seller". I drove by, didn't see any signs that there was an OH and didn't knock on the door to ask if there was one. This was out there in communications hill in San Jose, nice area. I'm curious if anyone else did actually view this advertised open house?
