@patrick, how could we tell which zip code this was for?
Actually, on that note, could I propose as a policy that all postings have city name and zip code in the title?
Good point. I will include the zip code on top somewhere. Have to go out to dinner right now, but hopefully sometime tonight.
I could make each title actually be a valid address by checking it against Google maps. Should I do that?

Great idea if you have time. If not at least suggest it in posting guidelines.

I think that's a wonderful idea. In addition, it would be nice if there was an automated comment from Patrick with a link to your data service for that specific property. Perhaps everyone would see the link but only people with access would be able to see the contents behind the link?
OK, I now require that the title of each thread in the Open House Reviews forum end in a 5-digit zip code.
Checking against Google maps was getting messy, so I opted for just the zip code requirement.
As you suggested, I also include links to my Rental Comps and Price and Rent History beneath the title now, for that one forum.
Other suggestions for improvement?
One thing I know I still need is a way to sort the reviews by zip code.
I snuck into this house as a realtor had the door open with a large family viewing the house. I have to say this was a really pretty house Clean paint, nice carpets, decent side bedrooms. It was on a corner lot. I was only in there briefly. It did have this feeling that it was larger than the actual sq ft because I think of the layout. Not as open a layout as other homes, but it didn't feel claustrophobic either. Sunken LR.
All and all, a nice home. Much better deal and in much better condition than others in the area.
Regarding the zip code - I have to type it in when I write the review. I didn't realize it didn't show to readers.
Here is the link, too.
