Redfin has a few, Google earth is better. The ocean views are amazing but not something you can fully appreciate from the road. If anyone is halfway serious about it the best idea would be a road trip. Stop at Wildflour bakery in freestone if it's on a weekend for bread and coffee, hit the "Tides" in Bodega bay for the clam chowder and see what you can from the road. DON"T climb over the fence unless you want to meet the cattle. It's a LOT of land and the only way to really see it is by ATV. The listing agent is Scott Stevens who I know both personally and by reputation as being both highly competent and honest. Good agents are a pleasure to deal with, bad ones...not so much.
MLS # 21210025. A lot of land, wonderful views and a year round stream. There are springs on the property as well. A little less than $5k per acre because this is grazing land and not real usable for agriculture. There are quite a few building sites and while you can get a fair idea of the property from the road it takes a tour by 4x4 vehicle to really see what's there. A wonderful site for an estate and a nice tax writeoff ( or a little profit) from the grazing. An exceptional chunk of dirt.
