I doubt legislations alone could remove prejudice. If we truly want fairness, we must embrace greed and self-interest. Very often racism is caused by people thinking within the box of their cultural teachings. They think racism is the right thing to do.

history shows that carnal desires may even out-perform greed when it comes to hurdling the obsticle of racism. Carnal desires are not effected by such silly things as race or color ... or culture ... or language ... or age .... or ugliness .... or sex (M or F) ... or species. Compaired to the hurdle of species, race aint nothing.
