Yet, the same property is up for auction later this month at half the price:
Starting bid and "price" are not the same thing.
Say if a property owned by a person is moved into a trust under that person's name, Zillow will list that property as sold(Same for Redfin?). Then say that person becomes deceased soon afterward. I suppose the new trustee has now brought that property to auction.
Under MERS registery the courts have declared that know one owns there home unless they hold the actual note now go figure how many people are paying a morgage on a house they may never own.If it where me if I did not have posession of the note I would be damed if I where to pay for something I have no proof of owning.BEWARE!
