We are working on generating a monthly report of inventory, prices, doms, etc. and I just got done with a first take of the data.

I think these trends graphs should be displayed by year on the same month scale more often instead of the more popular giant single line across time. This format really highlights how much things have changed in the past 2 years.

* Median list price is the average of the median list prices across the 35 metros we are looking at. Obviously, the average of medians doesn't technically mean anything, but it's good for a first pass analysis IMO.
