If agriculture land prices decline, I wouldn't mind buying. But they remain high-I guess will remain high until Helicopter Ben keeps propping up the commodities markets. Though the poor dairy farmers are struggling tremendously.
Most people agree that with easement of marijuana laws, wholesale prices will drop. For Humboldt and Mendocino counties which rely heavily on income from cannabis growers this could be disastrous. http://lostcoastoutpost.com/2012/nov/9/election-night-leads-marijuana-changes/
