New York gunman who killed firefighters left note saying he 'likes killing people'

A gunman who shot dead two firemen on Christmas Eve after luring them into a trap left a note saying he intended to “do what I like doing best, killing people”, police said tonight.

Question:

What if this guy is not legally judged mentally ill! Not a convicted felon but still on some sort of prescription medication for a mental illness. Then what? Should he be allowed a licence? Should he be on a list?

I hear a lot of deflection on gun control and no answers coming from the right except more guns in schools and guns to follow our children about!

It's what I keep hearing, I don't agree and neither does the President and the majority of all Americans.

The current paradigm will have to change, it is unacceptable to live like this in a modern civilization and you can limit "CRAZY".
