Very stupid idea.
The same argument can be applied to every park, every mall, every train station, and every public spot.
The simple and most cost effective solution is to ban guns.
Yea, and last time I was at Buffalo Wild Wings I left my straight whiskey in the bathroom. Can you imagine what would've happened if some young kid came in and drank it all?? We should outlaw alcohol, or not allow kids and alcohol to ever come together. Laws fix everything, even human stupidity.
Silly argument, Rent, comparing whiskey to guns, although the two often go hand in hand. Speaking of...remember how many people complained about "liberty" regarding strict laws for seat belts and against drunk driving, two other examples of stupid human behavior? How many lives have we saved from laws on those two things?

No kid has ever died because someone left their whisky in the bathroom of Buffalo Wild Wings?
Imagine if a security guard of a elementary school left his loaded assault weapon in the little boys bathroom.

Can you imagine what would have happened if the gun were loaded and some kid starting playing with it/accidentally fired it? Now imagine this times 130,000+ schools and you get a good idea why this is a stupid idea.
I'm tired of the selfishness about assault weapons. Im fine with hunting rifles as I grew up around guns, but why should the rest of us have OUR LIBERTY for safety and that of our kids infringed upon by your wrong interpretation of the Second Amendment?
