I am back in CA and am pleasantly surprised at the negotiating power I had. I had to turn down two other offers-one in the bay area and one in the midwest. IT has picked up significantly. Obama has done a swell job protecting American workers by limiting H1B and being very strict on h1B and L1 workers. Now he never admits it- but I wonder how much better we would be if he has the same policy on manufacturing and fights to bring it back from China.
