Here is a link to the video on Bloomberg's site.
the "hellogeneration" site seems to have taken the video and put their own ads around it.
It's just a way of arbitraging the difference in likely devaluation rate between the copper "money" and the local fiat money.
Not all that different from how we use residential housing in the US over the years.
