Can't blame Bush for this. Obama has been in charge, and he is the Commander and Chief for many years now, and this is all him.

True, this is entirely on Obama as Manning was arrested under the Obama administration. Who the hell blamed Bush for this? Not that Bush would have had the ethical backbone to stop this atrocity either.

The fact that this hero is even facing charges shows how dishonorable our military is. To be afraid of transparency is truly cowardly. But that's to be expected from a military that not only rapes its own female soldiers, but then puts a rapist in charge of preventing rape. No wonder they hate transparency and accountability.
