Ex-Enron Corp. CEO Jeffrey Skilling already in prison for his role in the once-mighty energy giant's collapse was resentenced to 14 years as part of a court-ordered reduction and a separate agreement with prosecutors. The decision brought a protracted legal conclusion to one of the most notorious U.S. financial scandals. Skilling has been in prison since 2006, when he was sentenced to more than 24 years by U.S. District Judge Sim Lake. But an appeals court vacated his prison term in 2009, ruling that a sentencing guideline was improperly applied. That meant a reduction of as much as nine years.

His being behind bars is a tragic waste of a perfectly good alchemist. We need minds like Skilling's. It's idea men like him that are the only thing keeping this party going.

I agree, he needs to be the next FED chairman.

He can be a pied piper for all the other sociopaths, who can then be eliminated by the Punisher.

Of course, on Wall Street, you can throw a stone and randomly hit a sociopath, the Punisher has his work cut out for him. (Apologies to AF)
