Are the Saudis and other oil shieks financing this guy's movie?

The flaming faucet and now the the flaming water hose were faked.

EPA has yet to find a link between fracking and contaminated water.

http://news.investors.com/ibd-editorials/062113-661014-epa-rejects-peer-review-of-fracking-study.htm?p=full

And thanks to fracking, the US has reduced its carbon output significantly due to burning cleaner natural gas as opposed to coal or middle eastern oil.

It's a win win win for America. We can reduce our carbon footprint, stop buying ME oil and increase US jobs. But leave it to the liberal luddites to try and keep humanity mired in the stone-age as they bow down to the greens.

BREAKING NEWS!

The EPA has yet to finish their study, it will be done until late 2014.

Will the study be peer-reviewed when it is done? Yes.

Any other questions about the study can be answered here:

Years from now, fracking will be looked up as a big mistake, mining anything anywhere, always contaminates the water, years later .. the local groundwaters suffer the same fate.

What I don't get is how conservatives, who are such homophobes, can be in favor of something so gay sounding as "injecting fracking fluids into newly penetrated holes".

Yes, likely by generations of people who will have to live with the contamination left behind by extracting a fraction of a generation worth of energy.

Have you seen the depletion curves of some of these fracking operations?

Whoa - this topic has spun out already. Got to find a way to keep that culture war burning bright hot since Libs can't debate things like math, science and economics without an emotional component.

I guess we can keep funding the nutters in the Middle East and burning their dirtier oil and burn even more carbon shipping the oil halfway around the planet on container ships?

I guess we need to keep spending a ton on our military to keep the sea lanes open and policing the ME to keep the oil flowing?

Better to let those Arabs dirty up their part of the world so us white guys don't have to mess up our homes with icky drilling and pipelines.

Actually, you conservatives can't tell a joke when it bites your ass.

Dan, you are funny. Awesome.

the next meteor strike will replenish the deep carbon based petro, and start the next ice age.
the next ice age, when it melts, will replenish the aquafers.
and then we come out of the caves and do it all over again.
