This is lame attempt to control damage caused by earlier on-air resignation by another RT journalist. They're trying to show that their journalists have 'editorial independence'. Nobody is fooled by this shit (except our gullible Dan, of course).

Damn, that's awesome. She personifies gravitas in this segment. Why does RT News remind me of the show The Newsroom (US)? Abby Martin could be a character on that show. In fact, I think she is.
