Kind of like a pay and plug app rather than a plug and play app.
Since prostitution is legal in Germany, maybe it keeps the hookers from jumping on the hoods of cars and slathering the windshields with their privates to entice customers.

You say that like it would be a bad thing.

I dunno. Hookers shouting, "FUCK ME! FUCK ME! LONG TIME!" at passing cars provides entertainment for commuters and families on vacation.
Your comment reminds me of this story:

The hookers with major suction were getting stuck, and they had to be extracted by popping the windshields.
Those Germans!
Prostitution should be legalized.
What's the difference between a whore and an employee who works for money as opposed to passion?
Prostitution should be legalized.
It is, just not in the USA (minus certain remote NV counties) & Sweden.
a whore and an employee who works for money as opposed to passion?
And there are passionate whores out there, getting paid to do the thing they like.

Whores usually don't get fucked up the ass.
Well, many people think they are getting rimmed but in reality they are getting reamed.

A new app called Peppr was launched in Germany this month to connect potential clients with nearby prostitutes using GPS.
It is like a cross between the car-ordering service app Uber and the dating app Tinder. Clients log into the app and type in what they want: body type, eye color, personality traits, and the maximum price they are willing to pay.
Pia Poppenreiter, the creator of the app, says she wanted to create a tool that prevented sex workers from waiting in the cold to find clients. Poppenreiter says she pre-interviews people who wish to use the app to make sure they are working voluntarily and independently in the business.
"We have a short conversation to get the feeling that this is voluntary and they are independent sex workers," she said. "We try to ask them -- you kind of find out in a conversation whether they're doing it on a voluntary basis -- we ask them what they did before, whether they've always worked voluntarily and so on."
Unlike many other countries, prostitution is legal in Germany.
