I saw this driving into SF from GG bridge. I didn't notice anyone else turning around, nor did I see mayhem, destruction or a 100 foot monster with large sharp teeth, so I proceeded with caution.

Gotta love hackers who stick it to government bureaucracies. Those bureaucrats must be so pissed off at this. They hate looking like the fools they are.
