This townhome, good condition, area:far but near highways and transit, sold for 120K. That's unheard of...until today!
Wait ... was that a pig that I just saw fly by? And is it cold down here in Hell (aka earth) or is that just some more of that climate change?
That is the longest listing history I've ever seen on Redfin. The bank/owner has been trying to sell since 2007!

That townhouse would sell for $500k+ in the Bay Area so what are you complaining about? You should be thankful that properties are still cheap in Seattle. Wait until Bay Areans relocate to Seattle and ruin house prices up there.
