I plan on keeping my Oakland home. My kids love that home and insist I don't sell. It's my Concord home that I plan to sell but there is not much to talk about in Concord. So you are in fact a liar and very creepy. The Wild West video has already been played. The fact that you are having to use the same old video over and over is proof that Oakland is improving. Yes I will continue to post articles about Oakland as it is an amazing city. Wave9x I would love to hear what city you currently reside.

Chinese buy in Oakland to become slumlords or to bet on the housing bubble, not to live there. API scores are way too low in Oakland for Chinese, we are talking schools scoring mostly 1/10. Property values will plummet next downturn as a result, as happened last time.
There are several Chinese families in my neighborhood. The families with kids send their children to the Chinese Academy which is a charter school in downtown Oakland. The schools in the Oakland Hills and other nice neighborhoods are extremely high performing.
