This could have been avoided had people listened to Ron Paul more and CNN and FOX less back in 2008.
The USA, Israel, other selected allies, banks, and large corporations are above the law. If you be quiet and tow the line, you might get some crumbs from the table, but the trend is for you to get continually squeezed. Don't make any trouble, and you will probably be left alone.

What's funny, Blurtman, is that the excuse of Capitalists is Personal Freedom and Choice.
In reality, Capitalists lobby the government to "Manage" the population and their perception. You seldom see dead Palestinians or Donbass or Syrian civilians on TV. Libya is now a total hellhole.
