Until Angelo "I told everyone to buy this countrywide fraud while I was selling!" Mozilo, Jon "I dunno where da 500 billion went and plead da fif!" Corzine (Obama's buddy), Tourre and all the assholes at GS/JPM knowingly peddling junk securities as prime investments go to jail for securities fraud and their bonuses get distributed to the taxpayer, until the FIRE sector is cleaned up and all special deductions and boondoggles revoked, until then these are all cheap lip services.
