Homebuilder Stocks Are Burning Down

The only reason the homebuilders are not at a 52-week low – YET – is because of the enormous amount of Fed liquidity being injected in the stock market.

I can only say that when the market was steaming hot in 2013, the 3 or 4 agents i had been in contact with were so slow to respond to my emails...now, on the other hand, they call me once or twice a week. I think that says something about job security and the housing market.
