I noticed this on Zillow:

Sunnyvale: 163 listings, 41 pre-foreclosures (25%)
Mountain View: 58 listings, 10 pre-foreclosures (17%)
Redwood City: 107 listings, 39 pre-foreclosures (36%)
San carlos: 46 listings, 15 pre-foreclosures (31%)

Anyone knows what is going on?

Banks doing some cleanup?
