I like the sausage and egg McMuffin. I've heard the McGriddles are good too, but haven't tried it. But Yeah, I agree. Only once in a blue moon do I eat anything besides breakfast at McDs. And then it would be the filet of fish.

If I want to do the unhealthy fast food, burgers etc, I gotta say Jack in the Box is surprisingly good. Yeah, Wendy's too.

We have "in and Out here" which tastes great, but doesn't sit well with me for some reason.

Coke is some nasty ass piss water that tastes like every artificial sweetener is in it, and not one smidgen of Corn let alone cane sweeteners. Like we wont notice, they have no respect for their patrons that have span over a century. Instead they jumped on the Liberal shame wagon, and thought they would secretly switch the formula to save the American fat asses from them selves like no one will notice.

McDonald's tried to do the same, changed their ingredients made the world most disgusting nasty tasting food in the History of cuisine like they thought no one would matter. Only two things mattered to them, what Facebook thought about them, and profits. They don't give a fuck about their customers.

They care more about what some piss ant Liberal jack Ass that filmed "Supersize Me" and wouldn't eat there normally on a BET! They changed their whole formula, decor, recipes and aesthetics to appease these petty shit talking assholes. And what did it get them? Empty stores and dismal sales that's what.
I've tried a few times to eat there over the last 5 years, and it gets worse every time. I don't even thing you can classify that shit as food, no matter what the Myth Busters say.

You know who does a brisk business now? The mom and pops places that FRIES THE SHIT OUT OF EVERY FUCKING THING...

McDonald's lost Asia, that's China and Russia, why?

Because they don't even taste like McDonald's that shit taste like a bunch of greedy ass investors that think people will pay $7.00 for a pink slime combo that cost them 50 cents to make.

Once in a blue moon a coke tastes pretty good, especially if you put rum in it. Also a quarter pounder with cheese tastes pretty good.

It seems to me that the overarching point is that this is a symptom of deflation and unemployment.

And the even more overarching point that monetary policy set by the Fed greatly influences the habits of its citizens. E.G. Parts of China and Germany were known as spendthrifts in history were as today they are the opposite. Japan used to be spendthrifts I doubt they are today because of Abenomics.

Or wage arbitrage and UNDERemployment. Minimum wage doesn't buy as many Big Macs as it used to. It should be indexed to inflation. The hilarious thing about Super Size Me is that the director has never released his journal detailing what he ate there.

The other hilarious thing is the a McDonald's Big Mac combo is 90% carbs. The only thing meat in there is the two silver-dollar sized, 1/10th inch thick patties, containing maybe 5-10% of the calories in the entire Big Mac Meal.

Everything else, the rest of the 90-95% of the calories, is Corn/Soy Fake Cheese, Potatoes, Vegetable Oil, Carbonated Water with Sugar or Aspartame, and Bread. The meat is mostly grass-fed free range beef from Brazil or the rest of South America.

But then people say "It's the Meat that makes it unhealthy and fattening!"

If somebody ate there every day at least once, and took the meat off the big mac, but ate the rest of the meal including the sandwich bread and "cheese", I guarantee they would gain a ton of weight.

Those portions aren't very big any more.
I would be willing bet that if someone ate there(if they could stand it) everyday with the meat, they WOULD lose weight. It's not what you eat, it's how much.

I've never ate a McDonald's apple Pie, and I've probably only had about 5 fast food chain milkshakes in my whole life. I would wager that any food I ever gained from eating fast food, would have come from the empty calories not doing enough to nourish me between meals.

If I went to McDonald's or some other fast food place for Lunch, I will most always eat a huge dinner when I got home that night, regardless how much I ate. That's even if ate a super sized meal(back in the day) and used a coupon for a 2nd sandwich half off.

If I ate home cooked lunch like Rice and beans and a skirt steak, a side of vegetables, a garden salad and slice or two of Texas toast, I will end up nibbling on something for dinner.
