In October, John Kerry went to Saudi Arabia to negotiate a “secret deal” with the Saudi’s to help in the fight against ISIS in Syria. That was the reported reason, anyway. For their part, the Saudi’s won U.S. help, according to the Wall Street Journal, as ”the process gave the Saudis leverage to extract a fresh U.S. commitment to beef up training for rebels fighting Mr. Assad, whose demise the Saudis still see as a top priority.”

But what was the real reason for the Saudi meeting? And what did the Saudi’s bring to the table? Part of the answer is collapsing oil prices…

Those guys with the Colonel Sanders tablecloths on their heads, aren't fools. They know they are just one more Arab spring uprising away from being crucified on their gold crossing sabre statues in their Gold plated gates of their 150,000 sq ft sprawling estate. Because the angry masses are hungry and can't continue to try to afford $12 average per person dinner meals.
The people are poor, the sheiks are not!
Unless the Sheiks wanted to spread their wealth around and give all of those poor hungry bastards most of their money so that they too can eat. The ending of that story is not a good one, and History always retells the story time and time again.

They aren't fools.

Ah so look at there! It must be an Africa thing, even the Sheiks hold their junk when they walk.
