From the linked article: "All this said, we can't help but wonder what in the world happened to Serra in his past experiences with American women ... "
How quaint. They seem to imagine he would need some sort of experience with what he's talking about in order to opine publicly and get attention. They should read PatNet.
And never, ever marry an American Whegro.

This comes after investigators found that Dolezal engaged in workplace harassment, and violated a confidentiality agreement when she publicly outed citizens
So was she forced to harass people in the workplace ? Women can do whatever they want and if they get caught-it is rape, abuse, forced to do it yada yada. has any woman in this whole country ever been arrested for making false claims and ruining a man's life? Has any woman ever been punished for making false claims for who the father of her child is and using the gubmnt to arrest him and take his money??? No wonder we don't win any wars anymore-all we know to do is cry rape.
Davide Serra must have witnessed the destruction of the lives of normal, hard-working, nice guys who fell for the lies of American, feminist women. Once married, probably without a pre-nup agreement, these actresses showed their true colors (including horrific "mileage" like bisexuality, abortions, STD-related sterility, interracial sex, infidelity, time as wh0res or strippers) and ruined the lives of these unsuspecting men. When caught lying about their past, these women call that "invading their right to privacy."

This is part of a more general and more pervasive policy failure, but there is a solution. Right now, juries return one of two verdicts on a charge: guilty or not guilty. The following reforms should be made.
1. Plea-bargins must be banned. All charges must go to trial once filed and all trials must have juries.
2. Prosecutors must ask for a specific sentence for each charge before the trial begins.
3. Juries can return any one of the following four results per charge with the following results.
a. Guilty - same as in status quo
b. Not guilty - defendant is not convicted of crime, his legal fees and costs are paid by the prosecution
c. Innocent - the jury has deemed the person innocent beyond a reasonable doubt. The prosecutors and anyone who is involved with filing the false charge are sentenced to what the prosecutor asked the defendant to face before the trial began. This includes cops and false victims.
d. Hung jury - retry once and only once or drop charge, which is essentially the same as a not guilty verdict.
Put simply, wrongful prosecution must be considered a felony and there should be no protections for lawyers who commit any form of wrongful prosecution.
A final reform I'd suggest, but most people would probably object to, is that juries should be liable for convicting a person who is later proved innocent and that the jury should endure any sentence the wrongfully convicted endured, including the death penalty. This would bring meaning to the phrase "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" because the only way a jury would convict is if they were actually sure beyond a reasonable doubt. Better to release the guilty than imprison the innocent, otherwise we'd just put all law-abiding citizens in super-max prisons for their own safety.
