Why does the media post pictures of the victims when they were little kids instead of recent pictures? And why do dumb ass morons fall into the trap of thinking "he was a good little boy"?
Mostly I notice people trying to avoid answering that question. An inconvenient truth?

Why do some people think it's relevant that a citizen might do drugs when he is unarmed and shot from behind?
Let's start with that question before we tackle yours.
But, I will say this---last I checked, being an asshole isn't a capital crime.
Why do some people think it's relevant that a citizen might do drugs
Because buying mary jane from a community resident destabilizes society while obtaining hydrocodone from your PCP stimulates the economy.

So you couldn't answer that question so you deflected it and asked a different question. Well I won't deflect yours. I'll answer it.

Because some people are idiots.
Your turn..

Sure I'll answer them. I don't know why the media uses an old picture--maybe it's because that's what the family gave them. The second question assumes facts not in evidence-namely that people think he's a "good little boy". People think cops shouldn't be killing unarmed guys from behind--whether they're "good" or not.
Sure I'll answer them. I don't know why the media uses an old picture--maybe it's because that's what the family gave them.
So the whole media circus with it's hundreds of investigative reporters could only get a picture that the family gave them? With pretty much everyone online nowadays and not only that, but H.S. yearbook pictures, maybe a mugshot, drivers license photo, etc.
And you trust these investigative reporters to bring you the news?
Hell a high school newsletter reporter could do better than that.
Your explanation is so weak it's actually embarrassing.

I thought it went without saying that the media tries to sensationalize anything they can. Their job is to get people to want to buy their product/service.
Is that surprising to you?

verb
past tense: sensationalized; past participle: sensationalized
(especially of a newspaper) present information about (something) in a way that provokes public interest and excitement, at the expense of accuracy.
AT THE EXPENSE OF ACCURACY.. Inaccurate news reporting is the source of the "factual information" that we are debating? Great. Sounds like a worthwhile endeavor.
