As a fellow victim of the bubble, I understand the need to post stuff like this. It feels good to point to the -5% seasonal drop, only to ignore the 6% annual rise and 30% rise since prices bottomed several years ago and you were left behind. This was me, 2009 - 2014, angrily hissing from the shadows.
But what does this do for you long term? You delete alot of posts, but based on what i can remember, you are a long term renter, living in what sounds like a horrific apartment complex. Smoke from your neighbors invades your apartment. Your neighbors scream and engage domestic violence, and you are apparently attacked by some god forsaken animal called "Hobo Spiders" that infest your apartment and bite you in your sleep.
My life sucks too, but it has gotten somewhat better since I repented and stopped constantly posting dubious articles and nonsense about housing. Perhaps you should try it and see if things get better for you.
