The video discusses wage theft of low skill workers with no bargaining power. I make six figures and am very happy where I am. Does that mean I cannot have sympathy for my fellow man?

In any case, even if you are a selfish prick who does not care about anyone else, know this. Wage theft hurts your material wealth. Wage theft disrupts the virtuous cycle of productivity and consumption that makes a good economy for everyone including highly paid professionals. Image if the economy could get a $50 billion a year stimulus package that didn't cost one damn cent of tax payer dollars. Don't you earn more in a good economy that's booming? Or do you earn more in a recession?

If you're going to be selfish, at least be smart selfish, not dumb selfish.
