Australia had a huge flatulence problem back in the 1990s. Drive by farting was common. Eventually the politicians grew a pair of balls and passed strict fart control laws. There hasn't been a mass farting since. We should adopt the Australian model here.

First, it would be damn impressive if you actually could grab a fart mid-air and throw it at someone. Second, it would still be against the rules of international football to use your hands. Third, this is the most interesting thing that has ever happened in a game of international football.
