Shouldn't it be worded the month and the date?
I assumed
Day signifies a day of the week monday-sunday
Date signifies the number of the day of the month
Date/month/year
Or is day interchangeable
Guy A knows the name of the month of her birthday. Guy B knows the day of the month of her birthday. Guy A and Guy B can't tell each other that information.
My Solution was slightly different (I think)
Albert gets month
Bernard gets date
Albert gives the game away by saying I know "Bernard doesn't know" Therefore saying any month with a unique date is eliminated. Goodbye May and June.
Bernard declares he knows, thus eliminating any like date. (14) If he says he knows, it has to be the last month left with one date.
Then Albert catches on the same time we do.
Which is why I never watch a sport on TV with someone who knows the final score. No matter what they say... it gives the game away.
