Aren't there still some Twin Peaks around? Twisted Kilt went away around my area 30-40 minutes away. I think by default they're running illegally on hiring practices. Strip clubs have to get special licensing. Yes nudity, but at Hooter if you turn down a man as a server I think it's technically illegal.

When the Hooters Casino was still open in Vegas, I had an amazing time there. Beer kept flowing. I don't know what they're called but had the most attractive roulette dealer (?) I've ever seen. Played 16 hours. And these weren't fake balloons. All natural. Closest I've been to cheating. That girl was a knock out. And yes I was $400 up at the end. Eye candy for hours and won. Oh and my buddy spilled his beer on the table and got kicked out. Banged up a rental car (me not driving) and got away with it. Classic Vegas experience when you're 25.

When they first came out they had really good food, they just happened to have hot girls working there. But in less than a few years, hot girls was all they concentrated on. Their food started sucking and it never got better.
That worked until the Wokesters took over. That killed the Hottie exploitation model. They never rebounded, because they forgot how to make food that lures people in.

When they first opened, they had Buckets of roasted Oysters, their Dolphin sandwich was a filet about 16 inches long doubled over on a huge 7 inch bun.
I wasn't a fan of the breading on their wings, too chalky I think they breaded them in cornstarch only. But they were huge proper wings, not like the pigeon dried out wings you get at most places. I remember everything on their menu was good quality. The last time I went there, it was a like eating at a poorly ran night club by a Guido with a bad Gambling addiction. The food sucked and the price was insane for what you got.

IMHO, OnlyFools may have bid up the opportunity cost of hot girls so high that they are less likely to seek employment at Hooters, which then have to raise their pay so high that there is no money left for food quality.

Rin may have been onto something with his original post at the top of the thread. IMHO, in order to make rejecting male servers and ugly servers legal (or self-rejecting), a business like Hooters should subcontract tables and hours to hot girls who would bid on the table-hours by paying Hooters then earn the money back and plus her own profit from tips. It's a more accentuated version of making waiting staff income highly dependent on tips resulting in more attractive and more friendly waiting staff. The girls might be open to accepting $20 bills being tucked into their waist-bands / bra straps, then pay Hooters rent on the table-hours; that may actually take some revenue back from OnlyFools, tangibility vs. pixels.
