Well, on the bright side, they embezzled, cheated and confiscated and didn't kill the account holders as a sacrifice to Satan.

However, situations like this where account holders are left alive to sue is precisely the reason why war was invented, so that they don't have to deal with them any more with the mass killing on all sides. Plus, Satan loves the death and suffering, so killing the account holders is win win win.
