Seriously, I never thought he could do it. I wanted change. Truly, I would never have picked him as the agent. I'm stunned, happy, excited and scared at the same time.

Scared? You probably should be. You just helped push an aged imbecile and wannabe demagogue closer to the most powerful job in the world.

Sounds like someone needs her pussy grabbed

Maybe... But more of the same would have been worse. I know you disagree. But to me, it is worse. Agree to disagree? If he fucks it all up, I assure you that I can be a pretty tough critic, too... but we have to take the chance, IMHO. Things are just too messed up the way they are now.

Only a quarter of the votes are in for WA. I'd be surprised if it went red, but it doesn't matter.

319   Rew   2016 Nov 8, 8:27pm

errc, you think Trump is going to gut government for the better? Ha.

No, that was the Democratic primary voters who thought that the mere chance of Hillary becoming president was worth the risk of Trump becoming president. Bernie Sanders would have crushed Trump.

I guess those Bernie or Bust voters were important after all. Have we learned anything, class?

321   MisdemeanorRebel   2016 Nov 8, 8:28pm

Wisconsin at 70% in and Trump has a multiple point lead.

Most of Madison, Most of Milwaukee in and still plenty of rural/suburban to go

A pathetic comment even by your low standards.

324   zzyzzx   2016 Nov 8, 8:29pm

Trump up by around 100,000 votes in PA according to my TV.

325   indigenous   2016 Nov 8, 8:29pm

What are the chances of super majority in the houses?

326   turtledove   2016 Nov 8, 8:29pm

I'm out of wine. There was only half a bottle and my husband made me share. I don't have much alcohol in the house. Does rum go bad? What's that saying... "wine before liquor, never sicker?" Is it worth the risk?

Agree at this point MI looks closer to turn around for Clinton than Wisconsin. If NH and WI holds it's done, regardless of PA. PA will come down to the wire as well and Trump may capture a late lead.

328   turtledove   2016 Nov 8, 8:30pm

Trump won WI!!! Blue wall has fallen!!! 232.

You can tell you're a political nerd when you spend your night watching the election results and bitching about politics online.

This means Obama gets a FAIL for the last 8 years.

I have low expectations

However, he/they have gone on and on about how they want to do away with that wholly Republican legislation, that people like yourself support solely because Obama slapped his name on it

Off to the Bodega to drink like an artillery man and get some cigs. Can't drink this much without smokes.

Agreed. I'm obviously not a fan of Sanders policies but he would have been a worthy and honest opponent.

WI and Iowa to Trump. I think it's over guys.

348   anonymous   2016 Nov 8, 8:35pm

I think Obamacare is the main reason Hillary lost

Bernie has the best solution

Do away with the rentier trolls that suck us all dry, while adding no vslue, the worthless parasites some call "private health insurers "

351   anonymous   2016 Nov 8, 8:36pm

Beat me to it. :)

352   freespeechforever   2016 Nov 8, 8:37pm

Trump will be a one-term president.

I've said it from day 1; no one sane would take this job, as it's a suicide mission.

It's similar to being the Prime Minister/President of France, Spain, Italy.

The world will be in turmoil for the foreseeable future because of George W. Bush (and PNAC buddies starting Iraq War II and imbecilic spending) and Obama (idiotic run-up in the debt - Obama ran up more national debt in 8 years than all of his predecessors combined).

353   turtledove   2016 Nov 8, 8:38pm

Obamacare increases were so upsetting to the population yet barely discussed by the media. This vote is against them, too.

354   freespeechforever   2016 Nov 8, 8:38pm

Biden would have beaten Trump by 5% of popular vote and 70 electoral college votes.

355   Dan8267   2016 Nov 8, 8:38pm

The one thing I'm disappointed about is that my girl, Jill Stein, got only 1% of the popular vote. That's not enough to send a message. I was hoping she'd get 5%. That would have really sent a message to the DNC.
