NH is making me nervous, but only ~10% counted. I have that as my pivot state.
Every state is different. OH and TX report a lot of urban areas first; VA is the opposite.
NC also the urbans are in, lots of suburbs and rurals to count.

Nevada is what I would have said yesterday, but with VA in play... and maybe NJ.... I just don't know anymore.
